Working Out

Alright! With everything that has been going on I haven't been giving my body the love and attention it deserves. So last weekend and went and got a gym membership and purchased three personal training sessions. (hopefully I can get more!) I worked out Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Boy am I SORE. I am take the next few days to recover and then I will work out Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday. Meals is going to be my greatest battle. Trying to figure out what to eat and when and have it taste good.

My weight Tuesday July 7th was 144. My goal weight is 125. 19 pounds!
