Starting Again

Okay, I have- been trying to lose weight for months now and I keep yo-yoing. The hardest part for me is the tedious exercise. I like to have fun when I work out. I would love to play a sport or something. I do have the Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred and that KICKS my butt.

Anyway, my food log so far....

Breakfast:
Banana
Mandarin Orange
Orange Juice
Cinnamin Sugar Toast (maybe not the best idea?)

Lunch:

Mandarin Orange
Toast
Orange Juice

Snack:
Black Seedless Grapes

Dinner:
Chicken Parmesan (calorie friendly version)
Green Beans
Cottage Cheese

Dessert:
Hot Cocoa
